By reserving our super yacht on an exclusive basis, your experience, and that of your guests, will be elevated to an unprecedented level of service, personally designed to your requirements. With the freedom of personalisation exclusivity presents, this can be utilised for bespoke on and off-yacht experiences, along with product launches, presentations, activation and networking events, and private meetings. All within a private and discreet environment.
Access to the yacht is generally from the Wednesday 12 midday before the weekend of the Grand Prix, with departure the following Monday at 11am. The suggested itinerary below, is an example only, as every itinerary is tailor made to suit individual needs, and a great deal of time and care goes into each one.
VALUE ADDED ENTERTAINMENT
Cooper Racing offer a range of entertainment options designed to enhance your experience. In many cases these are not available to the general public, and and built on long term relationships. These include F1 driver hosted track days at the famous Paul Ricard Circuit, or spending a day touring and tasting, along with lunch, as some of Provence’s most exclusive private vineyards. These are just some of the possibilities on offer.

For the Monaco Grand Prix, our super yacht is traditionally moored on the “T-Bar” at “Piscine”, the Swimming Pool section of the circuit. The T Bar is a private jetty accessible by harbour pass only, and is ideally placed for access to the Pits, the Formula 1 Paddock, and The Paddock Club.

Cooper Racing offers your organisation the opportunity to extract the maximum return on investment from your experience by combining business with pleasure, but creating a bespoke itinerary around the race programme, ensuring to time is left un-utilised. Our choice of super yachts specifically takes this into consideration and can facilitate board meetings, product launches, specialist speakers, including F1 business focused speakers, conference and break out meetings.

- Based on Key Group Members occupying cabins, plus remainder of board, estimating 15-20 total.
- Remaining Clients and Guests of Company 60 – 70 pax.
- The suggested agenda is a base case, and can be added to/subtracted from based on a personalised itinerary.
The following itinerary is an example only. All itineraries are bespoke.
- This itinerary is based on a group of 80 guests, designed around a corporate body, or sponsor, entertaining guests, using the event for both meetings, networking and activation. A key group would arrive on Wednesday, utilising the on board cabin suites, until the following Monday.
- The main body of guests would arrive on Friday evening, and depart Sunday evening, and would be accommodated in hotels either in Monaco or Nice depending on budget. This is of course an example only as all itineraries are designed to the specific needs of the client.
- The yacht will have 5 – 6 ensuite cabins, one of which is a Master Suite, the remaining are doubles and twins.
- In this model, key members of the party would arrive on Wednesday, and occupy the cabins until the following Monday, departing 11am. This would be 10 -12 guests. Additional guests ( in this example say up to 8 – but obviously flexible) can be accomodated in Monaco hotels, or if preferred, Nice.
- Wednesday afternoon to be used for settling in, exploring Monaco, ( we could arrange spa treatments if required), and if a corporate, possibly a board or other key meeting onboard. Wednesday evening will be a private dinner on board, prepared and served by Mosimann’s of London.
- Thursday will be when our main “Off-Board” events occur. There are a number of choices available including a track day at the Circuit Paul Ricard hosted by an ex F1 driver, or a tour, tasting and lunch at one of Provence’s most exclusive vineyards. Alternatively, the day could be given over to business and networking events, both on and off board, which could include appearances by specialist speakers within the F1 world.
- Friday will see F1 cars taking to the track for two free practice sessions. Guests may wish to watch these, or choose to do something off-yacht, or combine the two.
- Friday evening in this itinerary, is when your main body of guests arrive (up to 60), and the evening will feature a themed cocktail party, music (live and/or DJ), with champagne, canapes and bowl food by Mosimann’s of London.
- Saturday and Sunday will be given over to the on track action, however, guests will be able to disembark and access the yacht at any time. We can also arrange a selection of grandstand seats for those who would like to see the whites of the drivers eyes! During the weekend we can also arrange F1 personnel appearances, and on board events. Mosimann’s of London will cater lunch and afternoon tea. Evening entertainment on both days can be designed to suit, there are a number of options, both on and off board.

Wednesday 3rd June (Key Guests)
- 12.00 – Yacht available for boarding, check in for cabin guests.
- 13.00 – Welcome drinks, light lunch
- 14.30 – 17.30 – Board and/or Break Out Meetings, Spa treatments for companions.
- 18.00 – Guest “Expert Host” Speaker – Welcome to the Monaco Grand Prix.
- 19.30 – Dinner for Board and Guests – either on board or off.
Thursday 4th June (Key Guests)
Breakfast on yacht for board members/cabin guests. A choice of day trips:
- Helicopter to Circuit Paul Ricard, Track day with deluxe catering, hosted by an ex F1 driver.
- Helicopter to Clos Jean Alesi. An multi-award winning vineyard at Mount Villeneuve, Avignon. Full tour and tutored tasting, lunch by Mosimann’s of London.
Evening, free time, dinner/drinks on board yacht, to include specialist speaker/guest.
Friday 5th June (Key Guests plus Guests/Clients)
Breakfast on yacht for board members/cabin guests.
Guests and and Clients to join through the day – timings and catering as required to suit itinerary.
- On board meetings as required to work around track sessions.
- Visit to Paddock
- Guest Appearance on board by F1 personnel
- Wine tasting on board and cookery demo
- Other on board entertainment as agreed
- 18.00 – 22.00 – Corporate themed Cocktail Party by Mosimann’s of London for all guests, canapés, Live Cooking Station, Live Music + DJ , Live Art + Character Artist, Special Guest appearances.
